Receive Your Refund

If your purchase is not right for you, the refund process at GIORGIO BELLAGIO is simple, transparent and free of charge.

Step 1 — Submit Your Request

Write to help@giorgiorbellagio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2 — Receive Your Instructions

Our team replies within 24 business hours with the return address and complete instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before sending anything back.

Step 3 — Send the Item Back

Return your item unused, unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. The return is free of charge for you.

Step 4 — Inspection

Once your parcel arrives at our facility, it is inspected within 3 business days to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

Step 5 — Refund Issued

Your refund is issued to the original payment method and you receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Prefer an Exchange?

Exchanges are also available within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability. Simply mention the size or item you would like when you contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
