Every GIORGIO BELLAGIO order is prepared, checked and dispatched with tracking. Here is what to expect from the moment you place your order.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, your order enters preparation and quality control. This takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Dispatch and Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active in the carrier's system.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery takes 7 to 18 business days after processing is complete. Timeframes are estimates and can vary according to destination, customs clearance and local carrier performance.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Address changes can only be made before dispatch — contact us immediately at help@giorgiorbellagio.com if something needs correcting.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, send us your order number and tracking code. We will open an investigation with the carrier and follow it through until it is resolved.
