Where is my order?
Processing takes 3 to 5 business days and delivery 7 to 18 business days afterwards. Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 14 days of receiving your order, free of charge. Exchanges are available within the same 14-day window.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Both are possible before your order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
